Can You Help Graham Return Home.

Graham James was admitted to the hospital on the 6th of August 2022 after having another stroke in his sleep; a few days into his admission, his heart stopped, and he had to be put into an induced coma in ICU.

Once stable, Graham returned to a neurological ward for further treatment and went into cardiac arrest and a coma for the second time.

After two months in intensive care, he became stable enough and was transferred to a rehabilitation centre in Plymouth.

After multiple assessments, he cannot eat, talk or walk without a PEG (feeding tube), Tracheostomy (opening created at the front of the neck), and Hoists - for Graham to return home to us, he needs a downstairs bathroom.

Without this, Graham will not be able to return home.

As many of you are aware, the family home has many beautiful memories of his late wife and means a great deal to him.
