Can you help a double amputee with roof, mobility scooter?

Hi, first and foremost, I'm a double leg amputee. I recently lost the last person in my entire life, my fiancé, to COVID! I have no family left and never made any friends. As of the last couple of years, I'm a shut-in pretty much. I only leave my home one day a month and stay home the entire rest of the month. I live only on SSI, and I eat because I get Meals on Wheels.

I am completely unable to drive/work, and in and out of the hospital often. I have pic lines often, but I am able to be at home when i have them. so, I started a YouTube channel, trying to earn the money myself. But in the 1.5 years that I've been posting, it hasnt worked out.

But the situation is, that the rain runs straight through my roof, through the center of my house, and down the wall of my basement, millimeters away from a live lighted light switch! Every time it rains, I honestly fear for the life of my pets and myself. I currently dont have property insurance, and in order to get it again, they need to do an inspection. but ive been told i wont pass inspection when they see the roof and basement wall!

And now the damage is bad enough that I fear for my life! I have nowhere to go if anything happens, and I've tried getting help from the state/city and every agency/charity that I could find! But I'm always told the funds just aren't there. I have nowhere else to turn. I was rushed to the hospital this past November and accidentally lapsed on some bills. I was able to get them (heat/electric/water) current over the past few months, but I didn't have money for anything else. I can't even make my way to a store for personal/household items, I live 5 doors down from a store, it is so hard looking out the window and seeing a store that I can't get to. I have begged every agency I could find, for help with a mobility scooter, but I'm told constantly that I don't have the proper insurance to get one, and every agency I've asked for help from, I'm told they don't help with those. I'm so confused, because I see at least 15 of those scooters going past my house, probably on their way to that store, every day!

So now things are dire, and because of the stress, I spend every single day with bad stomach issues and severe migraines, on top of my existing health problems! My health is very bad, and I got more bad news while in the hospital. So, things just keep getting worse, and I'm finally at the end. I have no other choice than to ask strangers for help! Any money I may collect will go strictly to my roof/chimney and cutting down the tree that's caused all this, and repairing the damage to the basement wall. So that I can get property insurance. I'm told that all of this is caused by a tree that has grown into/against the side of my roof!!

In the past, and currently, when things break or go out, I get right on YouTube and learn how to fix/repair things! Like my furnace, I have videos on my channel of me actually taking my furnace apart and repairing it by myself, in the middle of winter, while going the first 2-3 months of winter in Michigan with no heat, twice, 2 years in a row! It now has been running strong for 2 years! And I had to do that because I could not get help from the state/city or any agency!!

We've had water issues in my area for a couple of years, and my basement started backing up a few times a year, so I bought a huge plumber's drain snake and taught myself how to snake my basement floor plumbing drain all the way to the street! And I did all new plumbing in my home when I bought it 18 years ago, that's all the house needed to have done at the time of purchase. But, in my condition, with no legs and at my age, (59 as of 2 wks ago) getting up on the roof is not possible! Last yr I did get up on a ladder (on 2 prosthetic legs) and attempt to cut down the tree that's against my roof, but it's so tall that I couldn't do anything except cut down all the smaller branches I could reach. I was so scared and shaking that I couldn't go very high up the roof/ladder!
