Can you help a Double Amputee with roof and a mobile Crisis?

Hi, first and foremost, I'm a double leg amputee. I recently lost the last person in my entire life, my fiancé, to COVID! I have no family left and never made any friends. As of the last couple of years, I'm a shut-in pretty much. I only leave my home one day a month and stay home the entire rest of the month. I live only on SSI, and I eat because I get Meals on Wheels.
I started a YouTube channel, trying to earn the money myself, to repair my severely damaged and leaking roof. The rain runs straight through my roof, through the center of my house, and down the wall of my basement, millimeters away from a live lighted light switch! Every time it rains, I honestly fear for the life of my pets and myself! My channel was very close to being monetized when all of a sudden, in January, my watch hours started going backwards! First by the thousands, then the hundreds, and it's 5 hours or more every day. It has not stopped once! Every single day I wake up and check my channel, and my hours have dropped! Every single day!!
I've desperately tried to get help from the forums, sending YouTube feedback, etc. I've not been able to get any help! I've had other creators give me advice and suggestions, which I've tried them all, with absolutely no change! For 4 months my channel has gone backwards! I even submitted 20 videos since it started decreasing, but I have not gained a single hour! Even though hundreds of people are viewing my videos and my subscribers are going up, the hours continue to go backwards every day!!
Many people have told me to try a GoFundMe, but I wanted to at least give YouTube a shot and earn the money! But in the 1.5 years that I've been posting, I haven't even been able to get monetized! And now the damage is bad enough that I fear for my life! I have nowhere to go if anything happens, and I've tried getting help from the state/city and every agency/charity that I could find! But I'm always told the funds just aren't there. I have nowhere else to turn, and I currently do not have property insurance. I was rushed to the hospital this past November and accidentally lapsed on some bills. I was able to get them (heat/electric) current over the past few months, but I didn't have money for anything else, and I'm told that because of the obvious water damage to the basement stairs/wall, I wouldn't pass inspection!
So now things are dire, and I spend every single day with bad stomach issues and severe migraines, on top of my existing health problems! My health is very bad, and I got more bad news while in the hospital. So, things just keep getting worse, and I'm finally at the end. I have no other choice than to beg strangers for help! Any money I may collect will go strictly to my roof/chimney and cutting down the tree that's caused all this, and repairing the damage to the basement wall. So that I can get property insurance.
I turn 59 on April 27th, and I'm in constant fear because it's been raining so much! And my chimney is crumbling, and bricks have fallen into my driveway. When they hit my driveway, it's as loud as a gunshot and they shatter! I'm constantly afraid of someone or property getting hurt or damaged! And I'm told that all of this is caused by a tree that has grown into/against the side of my roof!!
In the past, and currently, when things break or go out, I get right on YouTube and learn how to fix/repair things! Like my furnace, I have videos on my channel of me actually taking my furnace apart and repairing it by myself, in the middle of winter, while going the first 2-3 months of winter in Michigan with no heat, twice, 2 years in a row! It now has been running strong for 2 years! And I had to do that because I could not get help from the state/city or any agency!!
We've had water issues in my area for a couple of years, and my basement started backing up a few times a year, so I bought a huge plumber's drain snake and taught myself how to snake my basement floor plumbing drain all the way to the street! And I did all new plumbing in my home when I bought it 18 years ago, that's all the house needed to have done at the time of purchase. But, in my condition, with no legs and at my age, getting up on the roof is not possible! I did get up on a ladder (on 2 prosthetic legs) and attempt to cut down the tree that's against my roof, but it's so tall that I couldn't do anything except cut down all the smaller branches I could reach. I was so scared and shaking that I couldn't go very high up the roof/ladder!
So, that's my story. I thank you so much for stopping and listening, and if you can help in any way, it would be so much appreciated that the simple words of thanks just aren't enough! But it's all I have, so thank you!! Thank you!! Thank you!!
