Rose Tryon VanCott and Michael VanCott lost their Paradise, CA home in the recent Camp Fire. As members of the California Women for Agriculture and American AgriWomen families, our hearts ache for them and many are desperate to help. Rose, Mike and their dogs are safe, staying with friends, and their most immediate needs have been met, but there are many more concerns, both now and into the future. Funds raised here will help them with those needs.
Current needs include: replacing office equipment, supplies, and marketing materials to help keep Rose's newly launched business moving in the right direction; securing rental housing (including various deposits and other costs associated with a new residence); continuing to replace basic every day items (clothing, toiletries, etc.); household basics once they are in a rental; and pet items.
Longer term needs will revolve around items not covered by insurance as they rebuild their home and their lives.
The campaign has been set up to allow Rose to withdraw funds on an as needed basis.
Let's lift Rose and Mike up and remind them what is means to be part of the extended CWA and AAW family.
