Cancer is a catastrophic event, and it has yet again come to the forefront of our lives. Colleen was screened for her very first mammogram 3 weeks ago as a routine preventative measure. Colleen then heard the three words you hope to never hear "You have cancer."

Plans were immediately implemented and she underwent a double mastectomy. She will need several more treatments within the next 6 months, along with reconstruction procedures. 

For those of you who know Colleen, she is the MOST giving person, a do-er, a local entrepreneur who would drop everything in her life to help those she loves. 

Now it's time for us to help her. We want alleviate any monetary burden that we know she will be enduring. Colleen is strong, but with your help we can help her get stronger. We would also like to encourage the importance of preventative screenings for breast cancer -- early detection SAVES LIVES!
