A bit about the small but mighty Coco and her beautiful family...
Coco is always making the most of life and smiling as much as possible. She loves spending time with her family but Coco's life has not been easy.
Paramedic Brad Gee, named joint NSW Ambulance employee of the year in 2015, his wife Jade and their beautiful three-year-old daughter Poppy have been spending the bulk of their time at Westmead Childrens Hospital in ICU with baby Coco, who was born with a severe congenital heart defect.
Coco was diagnosed with this condition when Jade was 5 months pregnant and to date Coco has had to have 3 life threatening surgeries just to survive. That was nearly 6 months ago and she has been defying the odds ever since.

Twice Coco's parents have been so lucky to have brought their little girl home, however both times she has been rushed back to hospital with a severe chest infection. Currently Coco is in intensive care with a Staphylococcal infection in her chest and may have to undergo another surgery to save her life. Her condition has made her more unwell than any doctors had predicted and Coco currently is critically ill and we are all praying for her family and this brave little baby who has been so strong.
Coco has spent most of her time in hospital but requires constant care even throughout the nights and as her parents live on the Central Coast, and the hospital is 90 kilometres away, the costs of carrying a mortage, petrol to Sydney and living away expenses are taking a toll on this brave family.
Coco's parents have put their worlds on hold whilst they dedicate their lives to providing her with as many happy, peaceful, loving moments as possible to keep her strong, and to try and add some balance to her big sister Poppy's life too.

This is a happy loving, positive, genuine family, that light up those around them and we want to help them. These are beautiful people.
We are fundraising to support Coco and her family in this incredibly difficult time.
Thank you for your support of this determined little girl and dedicated family.
