Hello, we are Thomas and Sam, and we are Year 9 students at Outwood Academy. We have been given an incredible, once in a lifetime opportunity to take part in a four week expedition to Borneo.

The aim of this expedition is to support local communities by helping to build homes, medical centres and community facilities, assisting with education, and working alongside families to farm the land. Most importantly, we hope to build lasting relationships with the children and communities we meet.

The total cost of the expedition is £5,000 each. This GoFundMe page is the first step in our fundraising journey. Over the coming year, we plan to organise a range of fundraising events and reach out to local businesses for sponsorship.

Any contribution, no matter how small, would mean the world to us and help make this expedition possible.
