My mother and I lost our home, and everything on our property in the Camp Fire without insurance. The house was built by my parents and my grandpa back in 1985. Our whole life was in that house. We had had insurance for it ever since it was built until this last year. Our insurance company dropped us after a surprise inspection. The back deck was rotting away and they used that as an excuse to drop us. I was unable to fix the deck in time and get covered again before the fire. Needless to say, we are not in a very good position. Any donations to help buy a manufactured home in the near future would be greatly appreciated.
