Camp Fire Relief for Chris Hoffman

Donation protected
My dad, Chris Hoffman, moved to Paradise a couple years ago to escape the high cost of living in the Bay Area. Unfortunately he has been massively affected by the recent Camp Fire.

We have video confirmation that his house is completely gone, along with his possessions. He was able to grab a few essentials and one of his two cats before needing to evacuate.

He spent a couple of days at a shelter in Oroville, and is now temporarily staying with his brother Stephen in Burbank.

Before the fire, my dad was self-employed and living frugally to try and conserve money. He will need to completely start over and his immediate out of pocket costs will be very high to replace basic essentials like clothing, bedding, electronics and cookware. He must also find a new place to live within his price range.

Please consider donating, especially if you have any ties to Chris. We are trying to support him in any way possible. Any amount, large or small, will make an impact. If you have any items that you no longer need that Chris could use, that could also be helpful. Even reaching out to call him or post on his facebook page would mean a lot.

I will post updates here as his situation develops and we can start to  help rebuild his life to "Chris 2.0".
