UPDATE:


I just wanted to send out a special thank you to everyone who has donated to our go fund me page its thanks to you that we were able to get into a place to live. we may be starting over from scratch but we are determined to make this place a home. again from the bottom of our hearts we can not thank you enough ❤

Our names are Jessica Clark and Garrett Dupree.  we lost everything in the paradise camp fire, as most of us have. our families have lost their homes as well. we made it out with a few days worth of clothes and a few photographs. we were renters who unfortunately didn't have renters insurance. We are having to start over. we are having to buy clothes and daily needs, pay for lodging and gas, food and it all adds up so quickly. on top of that we have to try to come up with a down payment for either some sort of camper or deposit/rent.  This has been a nightmare , like a bad dream we cant wake up from.  we have each other and our families/ pets are safe. it is so hard to ask for assistance but anything helps.  we are trying to remain positive and keep hope.
