Camps International - Borneo 2020

My name is Scarlett Simms and I am 14 years old. I have volunteered to join a school expedition to Borneo in 2020 with Camps International. For four weeks during the summer holidays I will help out the local communities and do projects such as planting trees and helping to build schools. Also while I’m there I will go on a 5 day trek through the jungle and a river safari. I will also visit  orangutan and sun bear sanctuaries to learn about these endangered species. This expedition means so much to me because I really want to help out  this developing community. My fundraising journey will also help me develop new skills. Whilst on expedition I’m  sure I will also be challenged in many different ways. This is a once in a life time experience and I will be very grateful for any fundraising activity support and donations.
