Cammon’s second brain surgery

As family and friends know when our son was 27 days old he suffered a traumatic brain injury when he was hit by a baseball bat while attending a Tampa Bay Rays vs Yankees baseball game his dad was helping broadcast for ESPN. What we thought would be the perfect way to celebrate Cammon Sr.’s birthday turned out to be a nightmare.
Due to Cammon’s TBI and brain shrinkage from the injury he is nonverbal, developmentally delayed and has suffered through life threatening seizures, and brain surgery. Cammon is scheduled for a second brain surgery on 09/20/23. Our warrior has been through a lot since 03/23/2017. Please watch the YouTube link to see the life my son has lived since his TBI.
Due to not having any family here in Flordia Cammon and I will both be taking off work for three months with zero pay. We will be taking turns in the hospital with our son while the other takes care of our daughter at home. Since we have done this before I am aware of how much the loss of income for three months will effect us.
