Cameron's Army

Cameron is a smart, happy and caring 18-year-old who spends his time playing video games, reading books and spending time with his family.  He is looking forward to joining the one of the American armed forces, having successfully graduated from high school.  At the beginning of September of this year, he was diagnosed with Hodgkins lymphoma after feeling ill for some time.  Cam was devastated by this diagnosis as it took away his energy and made him constantly feel sick.  Since his diagnosis, he has received numerous medical tests and has been hanging in there like a champ. 


At this time, Cam and his family are praying for the best possible outcome - that he can be the fantastic, fun-loving boy he usually is.  He has recently had numerous tests and is patiently waiting for the outcome of some of those.  In the meantime, he will be receiving chemotherapy, which he will begin this week.  To make matters worse, Cam's father developed an illness before this and has been in and out of hospitals for treatment.  As a result, he has been unable to work and provide even basic necessities for Cam such as food and clothing.  To add to this, Cameron's mother has been supporting him and his brother, Jack, through the unemployment she receives after having lost her job when the Covid pandemic started.

I am looking to collect funds for Cameron to support him and his family in buying groceries, paying rent and dealing with the day to day costs of running a household with the multiple devastations they have been through.  Cam needs this money now so please find it in your heart to help with a financial gift of any amount.
