Hi, my name is Cameron and I am 13 years old. I am fundraising to contribute for the chance of a lifetime- expedition camp in Canada in 2026.

Times are hard, for my family as much as the others which is why I am campaigning to raise as many funds toward the camp for myself. Throughout the year I will be partaking in many different activities to do raise money and will plug to everyone I know.

Scouting has been a part of me since I was 6 years old and joined the Beavers. When I started I could hardly talk (another story) but that didn't stop me making friends forever and learning invaluable skills which have prepared me for my road in life. I have earned chief scout awards in every section I have been part of and the inspiration of the leaders in our pack have helped my understand my calling in life which is to help children when I am older. I want to be a specialist children's nurse and also am a member of St John ambulance to assist in my training.

Canada expedition will challenge me in ways I have never been challenged before, wild camping, being without family for 2 weeks, and learning to survive off my own instincts. I am also working to offset my carbon emissions through tree planting, litter picking and avoiding car transport where possible.

I want to make my family, friends and scouting community proud. Please do give generously and it will mean the absolute world to me.
