We are heartbroken to share that our dear friend and colleague, Kate Nichols, recently lost her beloved husband, Cameron Nichols, after a courageous two-year battle with Squamous Cell Carcinoma.

Kate, the SVP of Retail Operations for the Pacific West, has been a rock for so many of us. Always showing up with strength, grace, and leadership, even while navigating unimaginable personal challenges. Over the past two years, she juggled the demands of her high-level role, supported her sons, Grady (15) and Conner (13), and stood by Cameron through every stage of his fight against cancer.

Despite her incredible resilience, the emotional and financial toll of this journey has been heavy. We are organizing this GoFundMe to help ease some of the financial burdens related to medical expenses and funeral costs, and to give Kate and her boys some breathing room as they begin to heal.

Kate has given so much to her community—both personally and professionally. Now, we have a chance to give back. Any amount helps, and all donations will go directly to Kate and her family.

Let’s show the Nichols family that they are not alone in this.
