When life just doesn’t seem fair!! My name is Fiona Scott and my nephew ( my best friend’s son) is critically unwell currently in HDU Scotland where he has been fighting a battle against a chronic illness for 4 weeks now! He has undergone several abdominal surgeries, fought Sepsis twice and had major set backs daily! He is just a baby! At 18 years of age he has been through more than I can even comprehend at my ripe old age of 51! He has never complained, not once! He is a loving, joyful and positive soul! As I write this today in between tears and large gulps! I can say I have never been more proud of him and his very supportive family who have been by his side throughout. But we are only human…. And can only muster so much strength before it takes a toll on our inner spirit. I’m not looking for a financial gain here, I just want my boy back… I need you help in supporting the family and Cameron to raise his spirits, to help him push through and not give up hope! He is an avid Dundee United Fan ( much to my blue nose favours lol) and also never misses a Newcastle United game! I’m looking for any support from the above, staff, players to boost his moral, keep him focused because we need our boy back!! Any funds gained from this would go to him directly to allow him to support his team when physically fit enough to be present at local hospitality games!
