Our dear and wonderful Camden was taken from us too soon!

It was always important to Camden to be of service and help people feel seen, happy and moved.

Camden is survived by his mom Lesley, his sister Kathee and her wife Shirley and life partner Bethany, as well as many loving cousins, and extended family, and, of course, his countless friends and fans.

It has been and is still my honor to share his life with those he cared about, a great community of friends and fans all over this country and beyond. This is Bethany. At this time we plan to hold a Celebration of his life in the near future. One is planned for the Los Angeles area and one smaller event in the San Luis Obispo area. We need to find venues and coordinate with key persons' schedules, and raise funds for the events. Camden and I talked about having a big party where everyone can laugh and smile together! That's what I envision.

My guess is that most fans and many friends would not know of his struggles as he had a way of putting others' feelings first. Many of his fans have expressed, and I witnessed, how he would make them feel like the most important person right then, as he spent time with each individual at the conventions.

So many of you have asked how you can help and we're so grateful for your desire to assist and stay connected! Two requests: Give here as it is comfortable. Camden would not want you to be uncomfortable in your giving! And/or please make a sound bite or selfie video of yourself talking about your favorite funny stories and memories of Camden. Perhaps keep the recording preferably under 3 minutes. We'll have them put together into a video for everyone to enjoy.
