Cambridge Synchro will hold it's 1st Annual Swim-A-Thon fundraiser on October 21, 2018. The funds raised will support crucial programs for the Cambridge Synchro Team and help to defray the costs of competition swimsuits (did you know that one competition suit can cost up to $300.00?), team travel (Cambridge Synchro travels to national competitions) practice pool fees, coaches fees and scholarships. Side note: Because "Swim-a-Thon" is a trademarked name owned by the USA Swimming Foundation, Cambridge Synchro is required to donate 5% of gross proceeds to the foundation. Hello Cambridge Synchro Fans and Supporters-
We are overwhelmed by the positive responses that we have received so far and want to thank all of you who have given us your very generous donations! The Swim-A-Thon was a huge success with most of the younger swimmers completing 100+ laps and the older swimmers completing 200+ laps. Our Go Fund Me site will remain active until November 3rd and we can continue to accept donations until then.
