Hi my name is Aline Wisse. I've lived in Cambodia now for over 7 years, and have lost my heart to Cambodian children since day one, and even 10 years before then, when I heard about and saw pictures of the children. The resilient characters of all the children have definitely stolen my heart!

I work here as a voluntarily teacher with children in slumps, in the market, in the park and actually where ever I meet children.

Just like all children over the world, each and every one of these children need peace. Their parents and grandparents have survived, and some have died in the wars in the recent past and it's time for peace. It's time for Cambodian children to play, to run around and have hope for the future.

I met my friend who's been very closely connected to the refugees and soldiers and who has put his life on the line for them and he asked me to go to the camps and teach the children there to teach and play with them and let them escape the current situation they've ended up in. There are more than 126,196 refugee children.

Will you help me raise enough funds so that I can buy teaching and crafts materials which I can use in teaching the children in the refugee camps?
