STOP Cambodian Child Trafficking

Donation protected
Cambodia is an impoverished Southeast Asian country where starving parents end up selling young sons and daughters to sex traffickers in order to put food on the table. Americans and other foreigners from developed countries travel from around the world for this child sex tourism that Cambodia is known for.
This January, sixteen Eckerd College students will be traveling to Cambodia for the month to work with anti-trafficking programs designed to help at-risk children and survivors of child sex trafficking. We will visit non-profit organizations in the 3 largest Cambodian cities and will contribute to lessons and games designed to put the children's lives on a positive track.
Unfortunately, study abroad funding does not allocate donation expenses. Therefore, the students of this trip are asking for help to be able to give to these non-profit organizations we will be working with. All donations are sought so that the Eckerd students can offer financial support to keep each of these agencies going with the important work they are doing.
We are extremely grateful for anything you can contribute to our cause. Whether it be a monetary donation or a simple share of our GoFundMe- it will make a huge difference! We appreciate your help and support, and cannot wait to be in Cambodia studying and working with these anti-trafficking organizations.
