Hi, my name is Christy, and I am a coworker or Calvin Moody. Calvin went to the hospital for what was supposed to be an uncomplicated outpatient procedure. He had a plug placed in a heart valve and was released to outpatient care. However, the plug came loose causing extreme pain and he returned to the hospital. After open heart surgery to remove the plug a blood clot moved, and he had a stroke. While we as a company are standing behind our employee health and we are asking for help to cover not just his medical bills but his long-term cost for his family during this time of healing. Calvin was released from the hospital and is currently in Rehabilitation. Please help if you can.
