On the 06th of March 2024 our brave and beautiful Calvin lost his battle against lymphoma. Since being diagnosed in May 2023 Calvin together with his family fought an incredible battle whilst receiving treatment, this included multiple hospital stays in Belfast and a trip to London to undergo stem cell therapy. Throughout his journey Calvin remained positive, optimistic and thankful to be surrounded by his family on a daily basis.

Calvin's 20th Birthday is on 09th of June 2024 and as a celebration of his life his family and friends will walk the stairway to heaven in Fermanagh in his memory.

All monies raised will be shared between Amy's house Belfast and Foyle hospice who played a huge part in supporting the family throughout Calvin's journey.

Amy's house provides accommodation to families of patients undergoing cancer treatment so they can stay close to the hospital and focus on their loved one, this is a charity based organisation reliant purely on donations. The Bradshaw family are extremely grateful for this service and would love to give back so other families can continue to benefit.

The Foyle hospice specially trained nurses provided Calvin with palliative care expertise and support that allowed him to remain at home surrounded by his family in his final weeks, this was Calvin's wish and the family are eternally grateful for this service and the comfort and compassion the team brought to them daily.

Nobody ever expects to find themselves in this position or requiring these services however in a time of despair they really do make a big impact. All donations make a difference so please share anything you can.
