Calum Wilson Recovery Fund

Our good friend and coworker, 19-year-old Calum Wilson, was in a serious car accident on Sunday night. He was a passenger in a solo collision going around 75 to 80 mph and suffered major injuries to his leg and foot. Calum had surgery on his femur on Monday and as of Monday evening is awaiting another surgery for his foot later tonight or tomorrow. He’s currently recovering at Harbor UCLA Medical Center.

Before the accident, Calum had just been hired at a new restaurant and was excited to start this week. Now he faces a long road to recovery and will be unable to walk for several months.

Calum has always been a kind, smart, and hardworking young man. He is known for his sense of humor, positive attitude, and genuine heart. As a busser and food runner at Slay, he was a joy to work with and quickly became an important part of our team. He’s already overcome a lot before joining our Slay Family, and we know his resilience and strength will carry him through this difficult time.

We’re raising funds to help Calum with his recovery for when he leaves the hospital. Any contribution, big or small, makes a difference and means so much.

I am working with Calum's family to ensure all funds go directly to Calum's recovery. Thank you for your support.
