I recently started a new project called Calm & Co., where I am creating and donating curated wellness kits to vulnerable moms in New York City through an organization called LSA Family Health Service. This organization helps strengthen vulnerable families by meeting their basic needs for food, healthcare, education, and a safe home. These wellness kits are designed to contribute to the well-being of individuals and advocate for mental health on a larger scale.

Through these kits, I hope to provide needed respite and to spark broader conversation, empowering individuals to prioritize self-care as an integral part of their overall well-being. Included in each kit are a candle, a coloring book with colored pencils, a shower steamer, a face mask, and fuzzy socks. It will also contain a pamphlet about mental health/the reason for this project, a breakdown of what's in the box (how to use each item), and a mental Health Guide with resources.
