Calling All of Morgan’s Warriors!
Support Morgan—Teacher. Coach. Mom. Fighter.
Most of you already know Morgan Blake: an accomplished marathoner and triathlete (yes, she’s completed an Ironman!), a dedicated P.E. teacher at the Galileo School for Gifted Learning, and the founder of kid's athletic programs like Girls Run the World, Stingrays Kids Triathlon Club, and Endurance Pro for Tweens and Teens. Over the years, Morgan has tirelessly inspired children and teens to achieve what they never thought possible. Her kindness and encouragement have touched the lives of many, and anyone who knows her can attest to the fierce loyalty of her friendship.
In May 2025, Morgan discovered a 2 cm lump in her breast. After two months of scans, biopsies, and mounting medical bills, she was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. She has undergone a lumpectomy and now faces more surgeries—including a mastectomy—followed by ongoing treatments.
Now it’s our turn to help Morgan conquer this challenge.
Why Morgan Needs Your Support:
No paid leave: Morgan’s work as a teacher provides no disability income. Per doctor's orders, she will have to stop working for months at a time.
Significant medical costs: So far in 2025, she’s faced $15,000 in copays and coinsurance plus a $7,000 deductible. A minimum of $20,000 out-of-pocket medical costs is expected in 2026.
Everyday bills don’t pause: Mortgage/rent, groceries, utilities, and costs for her three boys—two of whom are in college—continue to pile up.
If your heart is calling, please consider donating to help Morgan focus on healing and caring for her family, rather than navigating financial stress. Every gift—big or small—makes a powerful difference.
Please share her story widely. Thank you for standing with Morgan in this fight.
