Callie's Seizure Recovery Funds

Hi everyone. For those of you who don't know Callie's story, she was adopted in February 2022. She was a street cat for her whole life up until then. Her age was estimated to be ten, based on how long she had been seen and fed by a kind neighbor. Cal was shy and hidden for months after she came home with me, only coming out for food and water. These days, while she's still standoffish, she loves treats and pats and stealing Kitty's food.
It's been a rough week. David and I had some expected expenses--his car broke a little, and I started grad school--but Callie had a seizure in my arms on Sunday. She spent a few days at Blue Pearl Waltham, getting an x ray and phenobarbital (an anti seizure med) before transferring to Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital in Woburn for an ultrasound and MRI. They found a pulmonary nodule and two tiny, hopefully benign, brain tumors; nothing to really explain why she had a seizure to begin with. Cal is expected to come home tomorrow after overnight monitoring, since she isn't standing up or walking right now.
I'm fortunate to have an aggressive pet insurance policy, which pays out 90% of her covered expenses after a $500 deductible, but it's still going to be a hefty bill due to all of the diagnostic testing and hospital overnights. We are expecting to pay a minimum of $2000 out of pocket, and any help would be so greatly appreciated. Callie has had a long and difficult life, and our priority is for her to spend the rest of her days in comfort, with the best health possible.
