Callen and Mushroom need your help!

Callen needs your help raising funds to save her sweet kitten, Mushroom. About a week ago, he was taken to the emergency vet for difficulty breathing when it was discovered that he had Feline infectious peritonitis (FIP). FIP is caused by a feline coronavirus, and while it is a common disease in older and younger cats, it is fatal if untreated. Sadly, at this time, there is no effective, approved treatment available, only trials. Thankfully, Callen connected with a vet and has started a course of these experimental drugs, which anecdotally have a 80-85% success rate. His treatment consists of 12 weeks of daily injections, blood work, monitoring Mushroom, etc. This expensive treatment is his only hope right now & Callen is obviously paying for all of these costs out of pocket. Anything you can donate to help offset these unexpected bills and life-saving treatments would be so appreciated, as she anticipates the entire course of treatment costing $2000-$3000.
