CALLA LEE HANSEN MEDICAL HELP

Hey everyone, Jordan here (Calla’s brother).

This is the first time I have updated anything to do with the fund since we first created it when my sister Calla was in the hospital two years ago, so bare with my long-windedness.

First, I’d like to thank all of you for the support you’ve given Calla and the family.

The purpose of this fund was to cover any medical expenses incurred from Calla’s stay in the ER, but as I’m sure all of you know by now, she sadly did not make it. Since then, this fund has been on hold.

About a month ago, my brother Dima passed away. Between these two tragedies, my family has covered what we can out of pocket for medical, funeral and end-of-life expenses, but are looking to withdraw from this fund to get proper headstones for both Calla and Dima, and to offset the associated out-of-pocket costs from these situations.

So to reiterate for complete transparency, the purpose of this fund has shifted from specifically Calla’s hospital bills to end-of-life expenses between Calla and Dima.
