Hi everyone,

We are Jade and Angel Acosta, we are 2 transwomen who are facing eviction after our benefits were unexpectedly removed without any notice. We only found out today that we’ve fallen months behind on rent, and we’re now at serious risk of losing our home and everything that comes with it.

We’re doing everything we can to resolve the issue and get our benefits reinstated, but right now, we urgently need help to cover back rent and stabilize our situation. Any amount — big or small — will go directly toward keeping us housed, catching up on what we owe, and helping us get back on our feet while we sort things out.
