Call Pump Shock. AED’s and CPR saves lives

Donation protected
March 21st 2019 started off as any other day.  I slept well the night before, enjoyed my morning coffee and had a great morning at work filling pot holes for the Village Of Bayside.  After my lunch we had a meeting and as that meeting came to an end my coworkers and I were having some laughs.  And about 5 seconds after that I dropped dead. No pulse. Gone. What happened to me is called Sudden Cardiac Arrest.  My heart had a short circuit in the right ventricle.  If it wasn’t for my coworkers jumping into action; one started CPR, one called 911 and one grabbed the AED machine.  Within 5 minutes they were able to bring me back.  After that I had a 3 day stay in the hospital with my wife by my side.  I had to undergo multiple CT scans, MRI and untrasounds and X-rays which led to me having a procedure to have a defibrillator inserted into my chest.  These medical bills will undoubtedly take a toll on my family of 3.  My wife Sarah, our Daughter Carolina (4) and Myself.  This is why we are asking for your help.  I am so grateful to be alive!  I’m most grateful to grow old with my wife and be able to walk my daughter down the aisle!

Thank you for your generosity,
