This fundraiser supports Eric Shepard, my brother, who is undergoing an unjust disciplinary process by the New York City Transit Authority, which is seeking his employment termination. He legally and justifiably restrained an emotionally disturbed assailant after that individual assaulted him and his coworker with a weapon at the Dyre Avenue Terminal. Presently, Eric has been without pay since the beginning of May 2025 and is facing severe financial hardship, affecting his children as well. We kindly request any level of assistance during this difficult time as he continues to fight this bureaucratic process for a complete vindication of his name.
