On the morning of 4/1/26 my sweet feral Cali was hit by a car on RT 304 in New city and passed away. She would have been 2 years old on 8/8.

I was able to retrieve her body thanks to another rescuer letting me know about the scene and made the decision to have her cremated due to burial constraints.

I wouldn't normally do a Go Fund Me, but I was unprepared to lose my girl today.

This is the hardest part about rescue, I have no answers as to why she tried to cross 304. She had many shelters, was spayed & had plenty of food. I just hope that she didn't suffer in the end.
