I'm limited on funds and heading west in a week or two with minimum financial resources, traveling on a shoestring in an old car with my husky River and a deep hunger to go home. You know me, Brook McElvain, California mountain man, river lover, dog dude, a loyal friend, a throw back to simpler times. I NEED your help please in returning home to the west coast. South Carolina is beautiful and I've loved being near family for the 3 years here, but I just don't fit here. It hasn't been easy working in my field. I'm between jobs so it's a good time.
