Caliente Springs Physical Therapy

If you're part of the Sonoma community and have needed physical therapy you are certain to have heard of, or been treated by Caliente Springs Physical Therapy which has served the community for nearly 18 years.  CSPT had to close its doors on November 30, 2020 due to Covid-19 restraints on patient volume and continued reductions of insurance reimbursement.   These and other factors including fires and power outages over the last few years have made it impossible to remain in business.  In fact, the owners Mike Gilman and Mike Kelly have had to infuse there own funds into the business in order to keep the business viable.  The Covid-19 pandemic was the final "straw" even with the assistance of a PPP loan which helped to re-open the clinic after it closed for several months and hire back all its employees.  Unfortunately, those funds were not enough to change the continued drop of the bottom line as Covid continues to make it's impact on patient care.

Your donation helps to alleviate the financial deficits CSPT has incurred over the past few years.  Even though CSPT is not likely to re-open due to the factors mentioned, freeing CSPT of some of its financial obligations would allow the owners to move forward without debt.  Mike Gilman has retired, but Mike Kelly plans to continue doing therapy in a new location and much smaller venue in the near future.   So if you benefited and were pleased with the services provided by the staff at CSPT and would like to make a donation, no matter how small, it would be greatly appreciated.
