Hi, my name is Caleel, and I’m reaching out during one of the most difficult times in my life.

Earlier this year, I lost my job due to changes in the federal government. Since then, I’ve been doing everything I can to stay afloat living off my savings, unemployment, cutting back on expenses, and even selling my belongings. Despite my best efforts, I am now at serious risk of losing my housing.

On top of that, I was recently hospitalized and diagnosed with diabetes, which has definitely made things even more difficult. Trying to Manage a chronic condition like this trying afford healthier food and medical supplies things that have become harder and harder as my financial situation worsens.

Any funds raised will go directly toward:

   •   Rent and basic living expenses

   •   Diabetes medications and medical supplies

   •   Food

   •   Transportation for job interviews and medical appointments
