Stephen and Amanda Downing came home from their kids hockey and volleyball practices last night to their house on fire. We are so grateful that no human life was lost however all their fur-babies perished. With the help of Caledonia, Dutton and Kentwood fire departments they were able to extinguish the fire but not before a total loss. Red Cross and their insurance company is helping with hotel costs and some clothes for the kids but this is going to be a long road for this young family. Please pray for them as they grieve the loss of their animals and life as they knew it. If you can give financially that would be so helpful as they navigate through this tragedy. Thank you!
