Calebs crohn's disease doesn't give a shit about him, but we all do!  Crohn’s disease is a auto-immune disease, which primarely effects the small intestine and colon. It's a very painful disease and there is no cure. Caleb has been battling it for the past 11 years, but the past 2 years his disease has made a major come back.
