Caleb passed away a hero... ❤️

Our sweet boy Caleb is currently in the pediatric ICU at UC Davis Hospital.

Suddenly and unexpectedly last week Caleb suffered a midbrain bleed to his brainstem. Caleb was rushed to the hospital and his heart stopped along the way. The Emergency Team was able to restart his heart and he was transferred to UC Davis for the best care. Caleb is currently on a ventilator and under constant sedation to allow him to heal, while also battling pneumonia and high blood pressure spikes which are dangerous to his brain's current condition.

Caleb's father Chad has been with him everyday, talking to him, comforting him and reminding him how loved he is and that he will be ok and to stay strong. We believe in our hearts he will recover from this, it will just be a long road with small victories along the way.

With this long road ahead of us, we are trying our best to figure out financials to allow Chad to stay with Caleb as long as possible, and trying our best to prepare for the soon to come hospital and rehabilitation costs. We are asking for love, prayers and positive thoughts for our sweet boy. All donations will go towards allowing his father to be near and at his bedside as much as possible, as well as the future medical costs.
