We're Bill and Tamara, Caleb's parents. We're reaching out on behalf of Caleb for your support. Caleb has endured two severe ankle injuries from playing soccer and now needs urgent reconstructive surgeries on both ankles. Unfortunately, Caleb doesn't have private hospital cover in Australia, and the public system has a waiting list of 3-5 years for these surgeries.

Living with these injuries has been incredibly challenging for Caleb. Every step is painful, impacting his daily life and making it difficult to walk. His deep passion for playing sports and his commitment to volunteer youth work are both now impacted by his injuries.

We're aiming to raise $18,000 to cover the cost of both surgeries and the necessary rehabilitation. The surgeries will be spaced several months apart to allow Caleb to rehabilitate one ankle at a time, which accounts for the overall cost. Your support will help Caleb get the medical care he needs to walk without pain, return to everyday life, play the sports he loves, and continue his role in youth work.
