Caleb’s Bridge of Hope, Inc.
Donation protected
We lost our son Caleb, to Fentanyl poisoning in December 2022. We have established a non-profit to help others in his name. Caleb struggled for over four years with addiction, and was in and out of many rehabs during that time. Where he struggled most was in the transition from in patient rehab centers to rebuilding his life back. So often, there is not continued care or appropriate transitions after leaving rehab. This is where we want to help people who are working on maintaining sobriety, while also managing the added stressors of life.
Some of our goals with the foundation include;
~ Providing initial sober living deposit assistance to specific applicants who meet specific criteria as it relates to their recovery and needs
~ Helping to facilitate connections with counselors/case workers who can provide guidance and the resources necessary for the next steps and how to manage life responsibly with work, housing, and finances.
If choose to donate to our cause, we would be very grateful. We have a large vision for this foundation and are so thankful for those willing to partner with us. While Caleb so often couldn’t help himself, he tried to always help others he cared about.
Thank you in advance for your continued love, prayers and support over these past 18 months. We are so grateful.
