Our story starts from 2010. I had a little girl born with hydrocephalus. She brought so much joy into our lives but sadly she only lived for 3 1/2 months. All she ever knew was love. Planning a funeral for your little baby is tough in all aspects. It was hard for everyone who knew her.

In 2015 I found out I was pregnant. I was happy and filled hopes and dreams for a new life. In November we found out that he too would be born with hydrocephalus. The worst news anybody ever wants to hear for a second time. That's all we knew that was wrong with him. On January 26, 2016 Caleb Noah Zervos was welcomed into our world. He's had his shunt placed the day after his birth and recently had it revised on March 15th. But there was still something not right with him so back to the hospital 2 more times. On April 12th we were given the most horrible news any parent would want to hear. Caleb suffers from a rare muscle disease (I don't exactly know the name of it. We find out more in early May.) We were told that Caleb will have a short life. Maybe 3 years...maybe sooner. His pediatrician informed us that it was severe and that there is no cure. She told us to start hospice care right away from my home and to prepare for what's to come. It's hard to process the thought that we had two children born with hydrocephalus but to fathom the fact that we have to go thru this again is unbearable.

My initial intention was to start this gofundme account for the hydrocephalus walk...but life happened and this is a last resort. Going back and forth to hospitals and dr's visit takes away from your bank account. If you can help with a $1 at that it would mean a lot. But we are also planning for a funeral as well
