Caleb Sampson Go Fund Me Page

Hi My name is Michelle Plunkett.

I live in a community in Cranberry twp, PA.

A child named Caleb Sampson at age 13 years old.

Was in an Accident at our community pool. He hit his head on the bottom of the pool On August 9th, 2021.

Due to his accident. Caleb immediately needed assistance and our community came together and call for Paramedics Immediately. They showed up and transported him down to Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Caleb needed surgery right away on his neck and spine. He fractured c5 & c6 in his neck causing swelliing around his Spinal Cord. Caleb also fractured his C8 and C9 of his spine as well.

Caleb had surgery on August 10th ,2021 on his C5 & C6 to remove bone from where the swelling was around his spine.

As of Right now His Mother Mia Jones has told us that Caleb is not able to use his upper body at this moment.

Caleb is going to need lots of support and help getting him back to normal.

Caleb with a lot of TLC as much as possible. Caleb will return to be his normal self in no time.

Caleb and his family need a lot of love, support and prayers.

Caleb Mother Mia is hoping to receive as much financial support as she posssibly can for Medical Bills, Food, Help Paying bills, Also Caleb is going to need medical supplies and equipment when he is able to return home. There insurance doesn't cover a lot of these costs.

Caleb has a sister named Mya who is only 12yrs old. Mya is the true hero in this story. She really help save her brothers life. Thank God she was paying attention to what was going on in the pool with her brother Caleb. Mya screamed and got our attention for her brother to receive the Care and treatment that was an emergency needed. I as a Friend to this family are very proud of Mya for the way she handled this situation.

With mom going back n forth to the hospital. There is also a need for her to be able to drive back n forth since Gas prices are so expensive. Also food for her to be able to have at the hospital. Also any help that could be done for MYA at home until Her MOM MIA and her Brother Caleb can come home.

Caleb and his family have a long road ahead of them.

If we can show them all the love and support we can all of us together will make sure Caleb with come back to his normal awesome self.
