On Friday, March 16th, 15 year old Caleb Lane was tragically struck by a car while crossing 500 N in the crosswalk at 400 W in Provo. He was taken to Utah Valley Hospital and later flown to Primary Children’s Hospital where he remains on life support surrounded by his loving family. Sadly, the injuries Caleb sustained were too much and he will be removed from the life support. He will be giving the ultimate gift to others by donating his organs.

Caleb, his parents Jason and Kim, along with his younger sister Hannah moved from Provo, Utah in 2016 and were currently living in Texas. They were here visiting family when the accident happened.

The community is rallying around the family during this difficult time and we want to offer our love and support to them. The last thing we want this family to worry about is the medical bills and funeral expenses and all the other needs that accompany such tragedies. This fund is to help alleviate those costs.
