Caleb Jennings Headstone

Hello we are Rick and Robin Leahy and our mother was the foster mother of Caleb Jennings. We are helping her take care of his memorial arrangements and the last thing we need is to get him a proper headstone. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also asking for prayers for the family during this difficult time.
