I've had the pleasure to employ Caleb Farnsworth at Gibson-Lewis of Indianapolis as an Estimator/Project Engineer over the past 1-1/2 years. In that short time, Caleb has proven to be invaluable to our operation and positioned himself for a bright future with our company. Caleb hails from a strong and supportive family stretched out across the United States and Mexico. At 28 years old, he is freshly married to a beautiful young lady named Amy whom he met in Mexico while visiting his missionary parents. Caleb is excited about adding a couple of little ones to his newly formed union. Family and faith reign supreme in his life. If you’ve met Caleb, you know that he is truly an amazing and kind person, quick with a smile and sure to brighten your day.

On the week of August 7th, 2023, Caleb received some devastating news. Along with his doctors, he was on a journey to track down the cause of lightheadedness, tingling in his mouth, and increasingly occurring migraines. After a few tests and an MRI, they found the culprit. A tennis ball-sized mass on his frontal lobe. A difficult diagnosis for anyone at any age, but especially for a 28-year-old with so much immediate opportunity ahead of him. Not only does this present the obvious challenges of enduring a serious and lengthy surgery, the unnerving wait to learn if the mass is malignant or benign, and the challenge of recovery, but it also causes a financial burden not easy to overcome.

Unfortunately, none of us can remove the tumor, pain, or anguish, but we can come together and help ease the financial burden. Please find it in your heart to give a little or a lot. I’m sure that Caleb, his wife, and his family will be forever grateful for any help that you can offer. And of course, keep Calib, his wife, his doctors and nurses, and his family in your thoughts.
