On August 17, 2021, the Caldor Fire (www.fire.ca.gov) completely destroyed Matt Faulkner's home and outbuildings in Grizzly Flats CA. Matt was stationed in Iceland as a builder and then we served together in NMCB 133 where we deployed to OPERATION PROVIDE COMFORT in 1990. Matt and his wife Lana and their young daughter and Matt's mother were able to evacuate with their two vehicles to family located across the state. Funds raised will be used for temporary housing and living expenses.
