AIUTATEMI A RESTARE IN CALABRIA

«Mamma Calabria – io resto qua e faccio la muffa»

Questo è il mio progetto.

Il mio sogno.

E non ho mai avuto niente di così grande.

Ciao, sono Pasquale Corso.

Sono un ragazzo umile, e rimarrò sempre umile.

Nei social mi conoscete come CalabriaBella Nonccennenti.

Quando non avevo nulla – e non ho nulla nemmeno adesso – sono riuscito ad andare avanti solo con una cosa: la voce.

Una voce che consola, che dà forza, che racconta la nostra Calabria.

Con quella voce, e senza niente altro, ho cominciato a far vedere quanto è bella questa terra.

Anche ora cammino con scarpe rotte.

Camminavo con jeans strappati e scarpe rotte, e ci cammino ancora oggi.

Cerco di usarle il più possibile, perché i soldi non ci sono e servono per le cose importanti.

Ma non mi vergogno a dirlo.

Perché questo sogno nasce dall’umiltà, non da altro.

Non era previsto niente, parlo di visibilità.

I calabresi mi hanno sostenuto, anche solo condividendo la mia voce e il mio messaggio.

E io, nei momenti più difficili, pensavo più a loro a dare forza e coraggio che a me stesso.

ho ricevuto tanto ascolto dai miei fratelli Calabresi.

Ho scelto di accettare il consiglio che tanti, calabresi nel tempo, mi hanno detto, anche al telefono, quando capitava di sentirci:

“Continua così, apriti qualcosa di tuo, ti sosteniamo noi, siamo milioni nel mondo”. sostenere una persona umile come te con questo amore per la propria terra merita tanto... perché sei una forza soprattutto per chi è lontano e per questo ho deciso di mettere in atto quel consiglio bello.

E da qui nasce la raccolta fondi.

Faccio la muffa.

Perché la muffa resta attaccata.

E anche noi calabresi, siamo così: restiamo attaccati alla nostra terra, alla nostra famiglia, alla nostra mamma Calabria.

Da qui nasce il progetto.

Ho deciso di partire dal pane.

Perché il pane è tutto.

È famiglia, è rispetto, è sudore, è dignità.

Il pane non si butta mai, come noi: si onora, si custodisce, si ricorda.

Voglio aprire una paninoteca speciale.

Non un semplice locale, ma un luogo dove ogni persona possa sentire la Calabria vicina.

Dove cinque panini raccontano le cinque province della nostra terra: ogni morso un ricordo, ogni ingrediente un pezzo di cuore.

La Calabria, per me, è una stella a cinque punte.

E ogni provincia è una punta luminosa di questa stella.

Perché la Calabria noi ce l’abbiamo tatuata nel cuore.

Dentro il locale ci saranno monitor, immagini, i miei video, i commenti, la mia voce e le parole che ho sempre dedicato alla nostra terra.

Una cona luminosa con il simbolo della Calabria resterà accesa 24 ore su 24.

Un punto di riferimento per chi vuole tornare o semplicemente sentirsi a casa.

Io ho fatto vedere la Calabria con quello che non avevo, parlando sempre bene della mia terra anche nei momenti più duri, per dare forza.

Anche con un semplice video dove mangiavo, o dove mostravo i posti attorno casa, perché non avevo i soldi per andare lontano.

Eppure da lì è partito tutto.

Con questo progetto non solo posso realizzare il sogno della paninoteca, ma anche continuare a camminare e far vedere ancora di più quanto è bella la Calabria.

Questo progetto non nasce per me.

Nasce per chi è lontano, per chi ha dovuto partire.

Ma anche per chi vuole restare, e ha bisogno di un segnale, di un luogo vivo, di una speranza concreta.

Con la mia voce sono arrivato fin qui.

E con la vostra forza possiamo fare il passo più grande.

Perché se ho ricevuto tanto ascolto, senza avere nulla, allora forse è arrivato il momento di costruire qualcosa insieme.

La paninoteca sarà vicino all’aeroporto internazionale di Lamezia Terme, per dare la possibilità a chi arriva da fuori di trovarmi facilmente.

Già a metà raccolta comincerò a muovermi e a darvi aggiornamenti.

Sarà anche un’occasione per ringraziare tutti, guardandovi negli occhi.

Questa raccolta fondi non è rivolta solo a chi mi conosce dai social o mi ha sostenuto finora, ma è per tutti.

È un messaggio che affido al mondo intero, a chiunque crede nei sogni, nelle radici, nell’umiltà e nella voglia di restare.

Non importa se mi seguite o no: questa è una richiesta sincera che parte dal cuore, e che rivolgo a tutti.

Per me la Calabria è una famiglia.

E un figlio, quando ha bisogno, chiede aiuto alla sua famiglia.

E io oggi lo sto facendo, con tutto il cuore.

Solo voi siete la mia speranza per realizzare questo sogno.

Spero che il vostro sostegno arrivi subito, perché io credo in voi, così come voi avete sempre creduto in me.

"Mamma Calabria – I’m staying here and growing roots"

This is my project.

My dream.

And I’ve never had anything this big before.

Hi, I’m Pasquale Corso.

I’m a humble guy, and I’ll always stay humble.

On social media, you know me as CalabriaBella Nonccennenti.

When I had nothing – and I still have nothing now – I managed to move forward with just one thing: my voice.

A voice that comforts, gives strength, and tells the story of our Calabria.

With that voice, and nothing else, I started to show how beautiful this land is.

Even now, I walk with broken shoes.

I used to walk in torn jeans and broken shoes, and I still do.

I try to use them as much as possible because money is tight and needed for important things.

But I’m not ashamed to say it.

Because this dream was born from humility, nothing else.

Nothing was planned – I mean visibility.

Calabrians supported me, even just by sharing my voice and message.

And in the hardest moments, I thought more of giving them strength and courage than of myself.

I’ve received so much support from my Calabrian brothers.

I chose to follow the advice many Calabrians gave me over time, sometimes on the phone when we spoke:

“Keep going, open something of your own, we’ll support you, we are millions around the world.”

Supporting a humble person like you with such love for their land is worth it… because you’re a strength especially for those far away.

And so I decided to follow that beautiful advice.

And this is how the fundraiser was born.

I’m growing roots.

Because mold sticks.

And we Calabrians are like that: we stay attached to our land, to our family, to our Mamma Calabria.

That’s where the project comes from.

I decided to start with bread.

Because bread is everything.

It’s family, respect, sweat, dignity.

Bread is never thrown away, like us: it’s honored, kept safe, remembered.

I want to open a special sandwich shop.

Not just a simple place, but a spot where everyone can feel Calabria close.

Where five sandwiches tell the story of the five provinces of our land: every bite a memory, every ingredient a piece of heart.

To me, Calabria is a five-pointed star.

And every province is a shining point of that star.

Because Calabria is tattooed on our hearts.

Inside the shop there will be screens, images, my videos, comments, my voice and words I’ve always dedicated to our land.

A glowing “cona” with the symbol of Calabria will stay lit 24/7.

A reference point for those who want to return or simply feel at home.

I showed Calabria with what I didn’t have, always speaking well of my land even in the hardest moments to give strength.

Even with a simple video where I was eating or showing places around my home, because I didn’t have money to go far.

And yet, that’s where everything started.

With this project, I can not only realize the dream of the sandwich shop, but also continue to walk and show even more how beautiful Calabria is.

This project isn’t just for me.

It’s for those who are far away, for those who had to leave.

But also for those who want to stay and need a sign, a living place, a concrete hope.

With my voice, I have come this far.

And with your strength, we can take the biggest step.

Because if I got so much support with nothing, maybe now it’s time to build something together.

The sandwich shop will be near Lamezia Terme International Airport, to give those arriving from outside a chance to find me easily.

Already halfway through the fundraiser, I will start moving and giving you updates.

It will also be an opportunity to thank you all, looking you in the eyes.

This fundraiser isn’t just for those who know me from social media or have supported me so far, but it’s for everyone.

It’s a message I entrust to the whole world, to anyone who believes in dreams, roots, humility, and the desire to stay.

It doesn’t matter if you follow me or not: this is a sincere request that comes from the heart and is addressed to all.

To me, Calabria is family.

And a son, when he’s in need, asks his family for help.

And today, I am doing just that, with all my heart.

Only you are my hope to realize this dream.
