Hey y'all!

I finally found a place to call home for me and my breakfast sandwiches. I signed a lease on a very cute, but very old and dilapidated taco shack.

Start up costs and capital are needed to get this place up and running. I can't wait to serve up my southern food and hospitality to you. This has been such a long journey in the making.

I never really have been completely sold on having a brick and mortar, until I found this little shack. It’s an old Benito’s Taco stand, and it has so much charm and potential. I fell in love with the retro stools and patio, and I plan to make this a breakfast joint for my now Famous Breakfast Sandwich. I will also be serving up hot biscuits! And of course there will be hot sauce too ️

I am trying to do this without an investor ideally, which is why I decided to try crowd funding.

Funding will be used for all kitchen equipment, repairs on infrastructure, new patio counter, signage, new paint and tiles and getting permits etc
