Tuesday night changed the life of one of my dearest friends, Lori Lewis, as their family learned the devastating news of the loss of their 29 year old son, Cal. This is the 2nd son they have lost.

Cal was a beautiful human and had been living out in California for the last few years as he had activated and sustained his recovery.

As you can imagine, the costs associated with missing work (Lori has no PTO left), flying out to California, the costs of taking care of Cal's arrangements, as well as bringing him and his possessions home to Minnesota will be exurbanite.

Lori has given her heart and soul to her family, her friends and her community. She is a person in recovery herself and as part of her work, has given back over and over again to those in need. Let's bless Lori, Monte, Jenna and Wilson with as much as you can give, so they don't have to worry financial concerns as they deal with their grief.
