Cake Ninja needs a Cake Mobile

Greetings, lovely humans! I'm Allison. Those familiar with my work call me the Cake Ninja. I light up the lives of others by making their special day SUPER EXTRA with epic, edible art.

My greatest joy in life is watching someone's jaw drop when they see their cake for the first time. My favorite comment is when someone says, "Woah, that's a cake?!" My favorite photos are of the remaining crumbs where a cake once stood, having been voraciously consumed by people who feel very well loved. All of these things are direct responses to fulfilling my life's purpose: Inspiring others to experience joy in unexpected places.

Behold the awesomeness of this beautiful, vibrantly colored wedding cake! Pretty cool, huh? My specialty however, are cakes which do not look like cake. The wacky, crazy, unconventional kind of stuff you might see on the Food Network. Fun fact: I was recently honored with the opportunity to compete for ten thousand dollars on the Pokemon cakes episode of Food Network Challenge!

Filming for the Food Network was one of the most amazing and intense experience of my life. I am forever grateful for having met my beautiful, talented, kind-hearted fellow competitors, and have learned so much from the experience.  Alas, time, gravity, and rice cereal treats were not in my favor during the challenge, and I did not win the competition.

The loss has been especially difficult because I needed to put that prize money towards the purchase of a new delivery vehicle. I have my eye on a 2012 Honda CRV, with 72K miles on it. This is the only vehicle I have come across (short of a minivan or larger) which fits the crucial piece of equipment that I need to deliver all of my cakes, the CakeSafe.

The time has come! This Cake Ninja has orders to fill, lives to brighten, and she **URGENTLY** needs a new Cake Mobile!

The annual registration fee for my current vehicle (a 2002 Toyota Camry with 250K miles on it,) is due March 10th. The car will not pass its required smog check, and the DMV will therefor not issue a new registration. This means I need a new car by March 10th if I am to continue safely and legally delivering sugary joy to my beautiful clients, helping them celebrate Love, is Love, is Love.

If you find my work worth supporting, I thank you, from the bottom of my chocolate-filled heart! If you are unable to contribute, I thank you for simply sharing this campaign with others who find value in equality, entrepreneurship, art, and wonderful humans who come together to help each other when they need it most.

Mahalo, rockstars!
