I am trying to help fundraise for my son, Caius Harbridge who was hand selected amongst other notable Juvenile and Junior national level wrestlers to represent the Canadian contingent in a cultural wrestling tour in Japan in June of 2023. The trip is 12 days long and includes visits and wrestling (dual meets and tournament) in Tokyo, Sendai and Yamagata.

We have asked Caius to fund 50% of the trip and his parents will cover the other 50%.

Caius’ accomplishments include:

-2023 77kg OFSAA champion

-2023 79kg Junior National Medallist

-2022 80kg Juvenile Greco-Roman National Champion

-Canada Games Individual bronze, team gold

-2x Provincial champion

-2019 Ontario Winter Games champion

-2022 Bear Creek Athletic Award of Excellence

-4x honor roll student with distinction (90%+ average)

In terms of future plans, Caius will be attending the University of Guelph as a Varsity wrestler while studying a BA in Justice and Legal Studies.
